Tools4ever Training
Long and costly training programmes for implementing Identity Management systems are a thing of the past. All trainings from Tools4ever remain free. It does not matter whether you are a customer of Tools4ever or not. Being free, however, does not mean that the trainings are of mediocre quality. Participants rate the trainings, on average, at 8.3. You can expect the following from every training:
- The trainings are provided by senior implementation consultants from Tools4ever who know all the ins & outs of HelloID and who also have years of experience in implementing HelloID.
- The trainings are interactive and are delivered in a workshop format. Currently online via Teams but possibly soon again at our location in Baarn.
- We offer a wide variety of training. The most common are listed below. We also provide specific (custom) trainings. These trainings are also free.

- Every participant receives a fully functional HelloID environment. This is available during the training as well as unlimited after the training.
- After the training, you will receive a certificate that you have attended the training. It is also possible to take an exam to become officially HelloID certified.
Provisioning
With the Provisioning module, the entire onboarding, transition, and offboarding process is automated based on changes in the HR system. You can follow two types of training:
- Administrator Training, in this training you will learn how to manage HelloID after it has been successfully implemented by the implementation consultant. The one-day training explains how to answer questions from the organisation.
- Implementation Training, in this training you will learn how to independently implement HelloID in a network environment. The training is technical and lasts for 2 days.
Service Automation
With HelloID Service Automation, it’s possible to delegate common (complex) user management tasks to the (unskilled) Service Desk or even further within the organisation to managers or end-users. You can follow two types of training:
- Administrator Training, in this training you will learn how to manage HelloID after it has been successfully implemented by the implementation consultant. The one-day training explains how to answer questions from the organisation.
- Implementation Training, in this training you will learn how to independently implement HelloID in a network environment. The training is technical and lasts for 2 days.
Access Management
HelloID Access Management provides employees, partners, and possibly customers with easy and uniform access to cloud applications. Authentication occurs via a login with a username and password. Two-factor authentication can be used as an additional verification. You can follow two types of training:
- Administrator Training, in this training you will learn how to manage HelloID after it has been successfully implemented by the implementation consultant. The one-day training explains how to answer questions from the organisation.
- Implementation Training, in this training you will learn how to independently implement HelloID in a network environment. The training is technical and lasts for 2 days.
Business Impact
Tools4ever offers the opportunity for free Business Impact trainings for HelloID. These trainings aim to give participants a deeper understanding of Tools4ever’s approach, comprehend the functionality of HelloID and the ideas behind it, and to carry out the implementation according to best practices. The Business Impact training focuses particularly on the Provisioning and Service Automation modules.
